 Anjali Hijam, is currently battling stage 3 Multiple Myeloma, a form of blood cancer, at NH MMI Narayanan Super Speciality Hospital, Mumbai.

Her journey with this illness began in 2019, and despite her unwavering strength and resilience, the disease has progressed and metastasized.

In our pursuit to provide her with the best possible treatment, her doctors have recommended a medication called Teclistamab (Tecvayli). This medication, manufactured by Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) and approved by the FDA in the USA, offers hope for patients with relapsed Multiple Myeloma. However, this crucial medication is not available in India and needs to be imported from abroad.

We have already managed to procure 6 vials of 30mg each at a significant cost of over 10 lakhs. However, to continue her treatment, we urgently need 5 vials of 153mg each for the next 10 weekly doses, amounting to 37.5 lakhs
